Closing date of
applications will be upto 1.00 p.m. on
18.09.2009 and your tender enclosing the bids
should be deposited in the Sealed Tender. Box
kept for the purpose in the Ministry before such
date and time. Tenders will be opened at 2.00
p.m. on that date. Tenderer or his authorized
representative will be permitted to be present
on this occasion.
Vehicle purchased
should be removed from the premises of the
Ministry on that day itself on payment of the
full amount.
The Tender Board shall reserve
the right of cancellation and non-transfer of
the Tender for the above vehicles
